The story behind the building
Built by a family physician who cares for older adults
Kemptville Lifestyles was built by Dr. Neel Chadha, a family physician whose practice has centred on older adults. Early in his career he cared for patients in eight retirement homes, two long-term care homes and five hospitals, and he saw how much room there was to do better.
In 2019 he and a pharmacist partner opened Lanark Lifestyles in Perth. The residence was 95% occupied within its first year, and luxury apartments were added on the same property in 2023. Kemptville Lifestyles at 100 Pine Hill Road is the next community from the same team.
This building is independent living, not a retirement residence. What carries over from Perth is the approach: the owner is in the building, the property manager is your direct contact, and every new resident is welcomed personally.

Before real estate, he built and sold a printing company and helped grow a data-driven marketing agency. That background shapes how he works: clear plans, honest numbers and marketing that reaches the right buyers.
The story
It started in business
Andrew didn't start out in real estate. He started out in business. In 1987, at 21, he founded Corporate Printers and spent the next twelve years building it before selling the company in December 1999. From there he worked in contract sales across the direct mail and graphic arts industry.
In 2015, three colleagues and he founded Informed Communications Group, a data-driven marketing agency, where he served as VP of Business Development. Those years taught him how to run a business, how to market well, and above all how to take care of clients so they keep coming back.
The move into real estate
Seven years ago, he brought that experience into real estate
What Andrew found is that buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction. For many of his clients, especially downsizers and retirees leaving a home they've lived in for decades, it's one of the biggest and most emotional decisions they'll make. They don't need pressure. They need someone who listens, explains things clearly and stays calm when the stakes feel high.
That's the kind of Realtor he set out to be, and it's what his clients tell him they value most. Today I work across Kemptville, Ottawa, Perth, Almonte and Arnprior. I represent the 55+ apartment communities Kemptville Lifestyles and Lanark Lifestyles, as well as all 11 Lépine apartment properties.
Along the way he built a specialist practice in 55+ living, running RetireKemptville.com and working with communities under the Lanark Lifestyles and Kemptville Lifestyles brands. He represents all Lépine apartment properties and brings his marketing background to every listing: websites, video, social content and targeted marketing backed by more than 30 years in printing, direct mail and data-driven marketing.
Experience with the kind of home you want
Many people choose a Realtor because they know them, and that relationship matters. It is also worth asking whether that Realtor has owned, built or managed the kind of property you are buying or selling. A well, a septic system, a shoreline or a seasonal rental each come with questions that are easier to answer from experience. I own a home in Stittsville, and my family has been on Big Rideau Lake for five generations; my grandchildren are the fifth. I bought vacant land in PEI, built a beachfront cottage on it, rented it out when we were not there and later sold it. I also manage a seasonal rental property for my family. Whoever you choose, ask what they have owned, built or managed. It is a fair question, and I am always happy to answer it.
